C.I.A. Director Tobias Bird

Tobias Bird has been Director of the C.I.A. for over five years. He has a strong military background, having served in the U.S. Army and becoming a Lieutenant Colonel of the U.S. Armed Forces, before joining the C.I.A. at assistant director level. Tenacious and intuitive with a good street sense, Tobias Bird is very loyal to Secretary Kemsley and likewise strongly believes the decisions he makes benefit the United States above all.
